Goods to be exchanged or returned must meet the following requirements:

the goods may not be worn or otherwise used, they must be undamaged and have not lost their value;
the product must be presented in the original packaging of the manufacturer and without losing its commercial appearance;
the product must remain with all attached labels;
the replaced or returned product must be delivered to the OMNIVA parcel machine (ATM), address: Panevėžys RIMI parcel machine, Klaipėdos str. 82, Panevėžys, 88846. Indicate the telephone number: +370686 14445.
A document proving the purchase in the store (VAT invoice) must be submitted together with the returned product;
The administrator undertakes to inform the customer within 30 days of receiving the exchanged or returned product, whether the product has met the exchange / return criteria. If the exchanged / returned product meets these criteria, the Administrator undertakes to replace the product or return the money paid for it;
in cases where the goods are exchanged, the Administrator undertakes to exchange the exchanged goods for any other good (s), the value of which does not exceed the exchanged goods. If a price difference occurs during the change, the Customer must pay the Administrator such price difference. The price difference is paid by transfer to the specified bank account. The buyer can change to the product, which is currently available for sale in the range of the store.

The costs of transportation of exchanged or returned goods shall be paid by the Customer.
