1. General provisions
This purchase-sale agreement establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of UAB U4B (hereinafter – the Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter – the Buyer) when purchasing goods in the e-shop www.uniform4baltic.com.
2. Data protection
2.1. Registration is not necessary when ordering goods, but when ordering it is necessary to fill in the goods order form, which contains all personal data of the Customer required for delivery: name, surname, e-mail, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number, delivery method and other data .
2.2. In order to comment and (and) evaluate the goods offered in the Store, the Customer must create a “Wish Cart” and log in to the Store by entering his e-mail and password. The following personal data of the Client must be provided in the registration form: name, e-mail, password. The customer has the right to change, add or delete data at any time without restriction.
2.3. The Customer confirms that it grants the Seller the right to collect, store, systematize, use and process in any way not prohibited by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania all and any personal data provided by the Customer directly or indirectly to the Seller when visiting the Store and using the Services under the terms and conditions of these Rules. .
2.4. The Seller undertakes not to disclose information about the Customer to third parties, except for the Seller’s partners providing services related to the submission or execution of the Customer’s order. The Client’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only on the basis of the cases provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.5. By registering or executing the order, the Customer confirms that he is an adult and has the right to buy in the Store.
2.6. The registered Customer undertakes not to disclose his / her login details to anyone. The Customer must also disconnect from the Store system after completing the work in order to be sure that no one will access the Customer’s data, especially in cases when the Customer uses a public computer (eg at a university, Internet cafes, etc.). The Seller does not assume any responsibility in this regard if the Customer discloses his login details or does not disconnect from the Store system upon completion of the work.
3. Conclusion of a purchase-sale agreement
3.1. The buyer, having selected the goods offered to him, forms an order basket.
3.2 After forming the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the necessary data for order execution (name, surname, telephone, delivery address, etc.).
3.3 The contract is considered concluded from the moment the buyer clicks the “Confirm order” button.
3.4 After sending the order, the Buyer receives a confirmation of the conclusion of the contract.
4. Goods and their prices
4.1. The characteristics of each product are described next to the corresponding product.
4.2. The public presentation of the goods does not oblige the Seller to sell the goods.
4.3. The store reserves the right to change the offer of goods at any time.
4.4 The Store does not accept responsibility for inaccurate and / or incomplete information about the product. Its color, shape, or other settings may vary depending on the features and / or settings of the monitor you are using.
4.5. The prices of specific goods are given in euros and are indicated next to the description of each goods. The store undertakes to sell the goods at the prices valid at the time of the order and confirmed by the order.
4.6. The price of the product includes value added tax (VAT).
4.7. Delivery cost is not included in the price of the product. If you order goods for less than 50 €, the delivery price is 3 €.
5. Payment and delivery
5.1 The Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods within five working days, using the payment form offered by the Seller. If the Buyer does not pay the price within the set term, it is considered that the Buyer refuses to perform the contract, therefore the Seller has the right to suspend the execution of the order.
5.2 According to the sales contract, the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated in Lithuania within 5 working days from the date of payment for the goods.
6. Buyer’s rights and obligations
6.1 The buyer has the right to buy under the conditions and in accordance with the procedure established by the store.
6.2 The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price within the term specified in the rules and to accept the ordered goods.
6.3 If the Buyer provides inaccurate data or an incorrect address, the Buyer undertakes to pay all the resulting delivery or other additional costs of the Seller.
6.4 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement with the www.uniform4baltic.com online store by notifying the Seller by e-mail. by mail or telephone.
7. Seller’s rights and obligations
7.1 The Seller has the right to unilaterally adjust the rules. The rules in force at the time of placing the order apply.
7.2 The seller, if necessary, has the right to receive information identifying the buyer and confirming his right to conclude the contract.
